PAYMENT

MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted. Orders may be prepaid by money order or check; there is a $20 fee for returned checks. Net 30-day accounts available; please call for details. A late fee may be charged on all past-due accounts.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

BACKORDERS

Backorders are shipped as soon as the merchandise arrives at our facility. Most backorders follow within three weeks, although some take longer due to limited production of certain products.

POR

Pricing furnished On Request. POR in a product listing means the item may no longer be manufactured and/or quantities are limited.

RETURN POLICY

All products purchased carry a 100% guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a full refund of the product purchase price. Please email us or call us on our toll free number 800-772-5267 to obtain a return authorization number prior to returning the merchandise.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

We take many precautions to assure your order will arrive promptly and safely. But, if the merchandise has been lost, damaged or broken during shipment, please email or call us at 800-772-5267 to inform us within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Shipments sent via mail due to the Buyer's request or necessitated by the lack of a UPS-deliverable address being provided are at the risk of the Buyer.
